Will Prop 202 Stop Illegal Hiring?
Last year, state lawmakers passed, and the governor signed, a first of its kind law to punish businesses that knowingly hired illegal immigrants. That law went into effect on January first. But a few months later, the legislature again took up the issue and passed some changes to the law. Now, Arizona voters will have the chance to weigh in on the measure. K-J-Z-Z's Mark Brodie reports.

Prop 200: Pay Day Loan Reform Act
Proposition 200 is titled "Pay Day Reform Act." It lowers fees and contains provisions designed to prevent people from getting more in debt. But opponents say it doesn't reform the industry as much as legalize it. KJZZ's Paul Atkinson reports.

Voting Early
This is the first day Arizona voters can cast ballots in the November General Election. Arizona is one of 33 states that allows Early Voting. The practice began in Maricopa County in 1996 when only 14% of voters voted early, but the Early Voting is attracting more and more voters. This morning we hear from David Schwartz, a political consultant with Goodman-Schwartz Public Affairs.

The department of Housing and Urban Development announced details of the new "Hope for Homeowners" program. Immigrant School Safe Zone
It's been nearly two years since Arizona voters approved Proposition 300, which denies in-state tuition to students who are not U.S. citizens. Now, some local teachers say they're worried about the emotional effects that the legislation is having on their teenage Latino students.
